Intercape has a dedicated ticket office and designated departure bays within the Park Station bus terminal. The Intercape office is accessible from the main bus terminal concourse and is signposted throughout the terminal.

INTERCAPE COACH CLASSES

Economy Class: The standard offering. Reclining seats, air conditioning, onboard toilet. Very comfortable relative to other South African transport options.
 
Sleepliner: Available on selected overnight routes (check when booking). Wider seats with greater recline. Popular on the Johannesburg–Cape Town overnight service. Usually at a price premium over Economy.

INTERCAPE CHECK-IN AND BOARDING AT PARK STATION

Arrive at the Intercape section of the Park Station bus terminal at least 45–60 minutes before your scheduled departure.
